ClearView Plumbing Delivers $1,000 Donation To Bow Cliff Seniors

If you or someone you know is getting a little older and you want a place to socialize, be involved, or even get some appropriate assistance, then Bow Cliff Seniors may be just the place for you. There is always something happening for Calgary-area seniors through the Bow Cliff Seniors (BCS) program.

Some senior citizens feel isolated and fall into an inactive lifestyle.

BCS works to promote core values for seniors through activities that:

Help seniors recognize their great personal worth
Provide opportunities to contribute and expand their talents
Enable seniors to strengthen our community
Serve seniors of all economic circumstances

Activities include a variety of art classes including oil, water color, or pastel painting, and mixed media courses. Seniors can also attend a variety of exercise, stretching, dancing, and other movement courses.
